Sightseeing

Supplement your studies with trips to world famous Tibetan heritage sights, see Buddhism in action with a visit to a temple or monastery, get a better perspective on life from high in the Himalayan foothills or take time out to relax in the spectacular countryside around Dharamsala. We can organise sightseeing trips and excursions to a number of local landmarks and attractions.

Classes

Get a deeper knowledge of Tibetan culture and gain valuable practical skills by taking a class in a traditional Tibetan art or activity. Learn the Tibetan way to enhance your imagination, play a new instrument, prepare delicious vegetarian food, experience a traditional approch to medicine, or choose from a number of other classes.

Lectures

As part of the Exchange Program, we can organise a series of lectures for participants, based on their personal. A number of possible lectures can be chosen, based on the following four topics: Culture, Buddhism, Politics and Women's Issues. Please find a list of lecture topics below.
